Simply Limitless

Simply Limitless is a Health and Wellbeing Charity. Their services are holistic and targeted at the social, mental and physical facets of life. They provide a range of services, including family activity sessions that encourage family interaction and development, a full range of fitness activities working with small children, adults and older adults. They provide Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Parenting courses and are actively working to tackle loneliness and isolation in older people across the district. We are constantly seeking out new ways of communicating and delivering a quality service to our clients. With this in mind they see them selves as innovators in health and wellbeing.

They work in partnership and collaboration with statutory organisations in the district and county as well as with voluntary sector partners.
